This practice will help you release stuck energy, clear emotional blockages, and rejuvenate your mind and body. You’ll discover how breath can be a powerful tool for personal transformation, allowing you to tap into a deeper sense of clarity and purpose.
Our goal is always for you to leave feeling more centered, with a greater sense of emotional freedom and self-awareness. Whether you’re seeking to release old patterns, regulate your nervous system, or simply connect more deeply with your inner self, Release Breathwork offers a supportive and nurturing space for your personal growth and healing journey.
What you will need:
- a comfortable, quiet place to lay down with minimal interruptions
- a yoga mat
- an eye covering (eye mask or small cloth will work)
- a blanket
- tissues (optional)
- a journal and writing tool (optional)
We advise that you avoid caffeine and large meals 2-3 hrs before your breathwork session. Lastly, please come with an open mind and an open heart.

Contraindications
Please consult your doctor before your breathwork session if you have any of the following conditions
- A history of cardiovascular disease, including angina or heart attack, high blood pressure, use of pace-maker
- Glaucoma, retinal detachment
- Osteoporosis
- Significant recent physical injuries or surgery
- Mental illness or seizure disorders or for persons with major medications
- Persons who have experienced a psychotic episode requiring hospitalization
- Personal or family history of aneurysms
- Persons with asthma (please have inhalers on hand)
- Woman who are pregnant, especially in the later trimesters
