our DROM 6-week challenge includes:

- No special equipment needed – just bring a pillow for a chair and wooden spoons
- Mindfulness practices to take into your day
- Always new and exciting ways to continue moving and having fun
These classes are intended for anyone to do. Listen to your body and do what feels right for you. There is no wrong way and the only rule is you must have FUN!
DROM is a total well-being practice – it is physical, mental, emotional, spiritual and social. Helps to improve mood, reduce stress, increase productivity and improve co-ordination and strengthen our brain as well. So many benefits and so much FUN!
