Created by Kerri Hallman, The Code Movement Studio is an online fitness space designed exclusively for women over 40 who want to feel strong, confident, and connected — without spending hours trying to figure out what to do.
Our mission is simple: to help busy women fit an effective 35-minute workout into their day, so they can build strength, boost energy, and feel empowered in their bodies again.
Our vision is to bring women together in an uplifting online community — a place where we all show up for ourselves and for each other, improving our health and confidence through movement and strength.
Inside the studio, you’ll find easy-to-follow strength and Pilates classes that are both live and recorded — so you can join in real time or move when it fits your schedule. Each month, new workouts are added using progressive overload — meaning we repeat a sequence for four weeks, gradually increasing weights and intensity to help you safely and effectively build muscle (something every woman over 40 needs).
The Code Movement Studio is your safe space to move, grow, and get strong — physically and mentally. No pressure. No perfection. Just progress, community, and results designed by women, for women.
