This gives us time to pick the selection of music and lighting from a diverse range of options, ensuring a unique experience within the Ellipse each time. Following this, you will be comfortably seated in an anti-gravity chair within the Ellipse for 50 minutes. During this time, you will be treated to 40 minutes of captivating music, colours, and illumination, followed by a final 10 minutes of silent reflection and integration while still enveloped in colour. Superiour Electrolyte water is provided when you are ready to conclude your time in the Egg.
